Scope

4.0 Scope of Support. Education and Training Services, Management Support Services, Program Management, Engineering, Technical and Professional Services, and Administrative & Other Services. Education and Training Services includes internal and operational training; cultural and language training; translation services; combat modeling, simulation and wargaming; and exercise planning and execution. Program management support includes strategic and operational planning; and irregular warfare support, which may require Information Operations Military Deception (MILDEC); Planning, Intelligence Support to Information Operations (ISIO) and Operations Security (OPSEC). Acquisition Program Management expertise to evaluate technology, review proposals and recommend process improvements. Professional Services include Intelligence Support activities, mission planning, exploitation support, strategic communications, television and public affairs support.

Special requirements for Program Manager

Top Secret Clearance; 10 years’ total experience in USSOCOM assigned organizations, as military, Government civilian, or contractor and  5 years’ Program Management experience on a DoD Contract, ending not longer than 12 months prior to proposal submission.
