Top Vendors by Category (via FPDS / FPDSplus)

TOP OTSBs (DoD, last 5 years)

This chart illustrates the top 20 Other Than Small Businesses (OTSBs) that received the highest total federal action obligations from the Department of Defense (DoD) over the past five fiscal years under the NAICS category “Other Computer Related Services.”
Accenture Federal Services LLC leads by a wide margin, receiving approximately $569.9 million in total obligations. The second-ranking vendor, TekSynap Corporation, trails far behind with $212.6 million, highlighting a significant gap between the top contractor and its peers.

Following them are Highlight Technologies, Inc. and BlueWater Federal Solutions, Inc., with total obligations of $104.4 million and $83.4 million, respectively. Other vendors such as Aurora Systems Consulting, Inc. and Global Connections to Employment, Inc. also secured sizable contracts, each receiving around $69 million.

The remaining vendors on the list received considerably lower obligations, with totals gradually decreasing below $10 million, including Sierra Nevada Company, LLC, MicroHealth, LLC, and EmpyCyber, Inc.

Overall, the chart reflects a concentration of contract obligations among a few top-performing OTSBs, especially Accenture Federal Services, which alone captured more than double the amount of the second-place vendor. This distribution underscores the dominant position of select firms in fulfilling the DoD’s computer-related service needs at scale.

TOP VENDORS with $10M to $50M contracts at DOD

Over the past five fiscal years, several vendors have achieved significant cumulative federal action obligations from the Department of Defense (DoD) through contracts valued between $10 million and $50 million under the NAICS category “Other Computer Related Services.” Leading the group by a wide margin is FCN Inc., which amassed over $1.01 billion in total obligations—more than double the amount of its nearest competitors. Blue Tech Inc. and International Business Machines Corporation (IBM) follow, with total obligations of approximately $385 million and $379 million, respectively. These figures suggest that, despite the contract value range, consistent and repeated awards can result in substantial aggregate gains.

Other major vendors include General Dynamics Information Technology, Inc., with about $270 million, and Perspecta Enterprise Solutions LLC, with roughly $230 million. Iron Bow Technologies, Peraton Inc., and CounterTrade Products also secured notable totals, each receiving over $216 million in contract obligations. Additional vendors such as Emergent, Accenture Federal Services, and Fairwinds Technologies maintained a strong presence, with cumulative awards ranging from $130 million to nearly $180 million.

The chart illustrates how vendors working within mid-sized contract brackets can still become dominant players by leveraging volume and reliability in service delivery. FCN Inc.’s position at the top reflects a particularly effective approach to engaging the DoD, highlighting the strategic value of scaling within a specific contract size range.
