EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), through CBP's Office of Information Technology, is preparing to recompete the Network Operations Center (NOC) Network(s) Management Support Services (NMSS) contract. This opportunity—estimated at nearly $90M—aims to ensure round-the-clock monitoring, maintenance, and management of DHS’s nationwide network infrastructure. This recompete will support critical national security and operational continuity efforts, making it a high-priority opportunity for small business contractors.

Facilities are located in Ashburn and Springfield Virginia and the Wireless Network Operations Center (WNOC) is located in Orlando, FL. Place of Performance is Ashburn, VA.
