Top SB Vendors by Category (via FPDS / FPDSplus)

TOP SB VENDORS at DOD over the last five years

This chart highlights the top-performing small business (SB) vendors under the Department of Defense (DoD) over the past five fiscal years, within the NAICS 541519 Other Computer Related Services. The data reflects the total federal action obligations awarded to small businesses whose contracts began during the defined period.

Hui Huliau Technology Services is the leading SB vendor, receiving a total obligation of $449M, the majority obligated in 2024. V3Gate follows with a total of $352M, and BAM Technologies with $241M. The large gap between the two vendors emphasizes the concentrated nature of contract awards within this space, where a large obligation in one year can move a company into the top earning list.

Though the total figures are modest compared to large-scale contracts, this snapshot provides valuable insight into the landscape of small business engagement with the DoD in specialized IT-related services. It may also indicate opportunities for growth, outreach, or collaboration within this underutilized segment.
