rTC Capture Insights
● CISA’s mission within DHS is under review to correct censorship work. 1,000 staff positions are being eliminated and budgets are being reduced.
● This IDIQ contract scope represents the core mission of CISA and will likely survive the current turmoil regarding staffing and budgets.
● CISA is looking for COTS product solutions and services to ensure that solutions are planned, configured, and implemented for agencies requiring support. Your proposal should demonstrate depth with COTS solutions, integrations and deployments.
● Build your teams and organize your Joint Ventures to maximize your evaluation scores. Engage SME consultants with CISA insight (we can help with this).
